5 Minute Apple Blueberry Yogurt Parfaits

I came home starving from the gym today and put this parfait together in a couple minutes. It’s a great easy acess, healthy breakfast or snack that you can make with your plant based staples on hand.

What you need:

  • Plant based yogurt (I used So Delicious Coconut Vanilla yogurt in the large container)

  • Frozen blueberries (wild - Wyman’s)

  • Chopped red apples

  • Gluten free granola (I always use the Made Good berry flavored granola bars because I like how chewy they are, and we always have them on hand for kid snacks aka Dalton loves them and I love that they have veggies and are school safe snacks!)

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Layer your yogurt in a glass

  2. Top with chopped apples

  3. More yogurt

  4. Layer with frozen blueberries (I put them in frozen and it’s sooo good)

  5. More yogurt, top with granola and more apples




You can swap the yogurt flavor, use different fruit combinations or different granola, up to you! I literally make this most every morning for Dalton with strawberry banana coconut yogurt - it’s his thing right now!
