Celery + Grape Salmon Salad!

Here’s another simple, EASY HEALTHY FAST recipe for you guys!

You probably have seen this recipe made with chicken in traditional deli counters, but we’re making it was wild caught flaked salmon today because idk, i just have never bought chicken in a can?!?

This goes together in 5 minutes and tastes amazing so save this recipe for one of those, I have no food in my house and I’m starving moments!

INGREDEINTS:

  • 1 can wild caught flaked canned salmon (packed in water not oil)*

  • Primal Kitchen vegan mayo (or another kind you like)

  • Chopped celery

  • Chopped red apple

  • Chopped grapes (Cut them into quarters so they are similar in size to the apples and celery)

  • Chopped parsley

  • Siete chips or other glute/corn free chips

  • Celery sticks on the side

  • Optional: Lettuce wraps

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Open and rinse the salmon, then put into a glass dish

  2. Add all chopped ingredients

  3. Add mayo, eyeball the amount you need/want to cover the salmon to the degree of creaminess you want!

  4. Plate with your chips/veggies or lettuce wraps

NOTES:

  • I personally love serving this with Bibb or Boston lettuce because they are so soft and easy to bend for wraps like this!

  • You could also use romaine or large leaves of Swiss Chard (remove the heavy bottom part of the stems)

  • OR put it on some gluten free bread or Dave’s Killer Bread
