I used to believe fertility required complicated treatments, expensive supplements, and medical interventions.
I wish someone had shown me this when I was sitting in fertility clinics, going through IVF, wondering why my body wasn’t cooperating. {This picture was the FIRST time I injected myself and I was TERRIFIED}
If this sounds too simple to be true, I understand. I was the last girl in the world who would be able to get pregnant naturally. I had no cycle my entire life, that meant no ovulation. I did acupuncture three times a week, drank all the Chinese medicine teas (that tasted like black tar!), googled everything and finally started believing that “IVF was my only option” which is what we were told.
So we did it, because we believed there was a baby for us and that it was the only option. {Those are my real meds}
I prayed and prayed for what I know now while I was sitting in fertility clinics, going through IVF, wondering why my body wasn’t cooperating. I didn’t know what I didn’t know.That some women just “got lucky” and others—like me—were broken.
Even as a Registered Dietitian, I didn’t understand how my own body worked. I was eating clean, doing what I thought was right, and still wondering why nothing was working. I thought maybe my body just didn’t work right. That something was wrong with me.
I had no idea what my food was actually doing—or that it was the missing piece. I didn’t know how connected my digestion, immune system, hormones, and detox pathways really were. No one had ever shown me how it all fit together. I didn’t know what I didn’t know.
That realization is what made me let go of the RD title and step fully into holistic health. Because once I understood how to truly nourish and support my body? Everything changed.
Now I know exactly what to do—and so will you.

FOCUS 1: Understanding The Real Root Causes
When you see this you can’t unsee it. In order for you to be able to take your fertility into your own hands naturally, you have to fully see that the reasons you haven’t gotten pregnant yet, or easily are under your influence. The first thing I help you do is fully understand how your body works inside, how the systems connect and how fertility is a result of these systems. I walk you through what your own body and it’s symptoms, conditions, diagnosis, what the drs have told you actually mean inside, so you know what is happening and that you have the power to shift it.
FOCUS 2: Food Shifts Fertility
Once you see what your body is doing and what it has been asking you for, you learn how food influences your fertility inside. I will help you identify what in your own current diet has been unintentionally sending the wrong signals to your body so that you can edit your diet, and fill it with the foods, and food groups that will go to the root of what you now know your body needs to dissolve the root of your fertility issues. Yes, with food.
FOCUS 3: My Food to Fertility Formula
What you eat to restore fertility is massively important. So is how you eat. Here you will deepen your understanding how how your body is naturally wired to receive food and how to eat morning to night to support each system that is determining how straight forward getting pregnant is. This includes:
Eating to support and improve digestion and gut health
Eating to fully nourish your adrenals so that your body naturally creates balanced hormones for baby
Eating to deepen detoxification pathways, to support your liver and improve your body’s ability to cleanse while you eat
Eating to support your immune system so that your entire body feels safe and the message inside shifts from ‘I’m not ready yet for a pregnancy’ to a full on YES BABY NOW energy :)
