How to make VEGAN Rice Krispie Treats!
Who else was obsessed with rice krispie bars when they were little.....or yesterday.....
I ate these for lunch because: nausea
But I made them and they are way healthier!
INGREDIENTS:
5-6 cups plain puffed rice cereal (Erewhon brand is good)
1 package (10 oz) vegan marshmellows
2 TBSP coconut oil
2 TBSP Mykonos vegan butter (I got mine from MYLK guys online but check your health food section)
DIRECTIONS:
Measure cereal and pour into large mixing bowl
In a small sauce pan melt marshmallows, oil and butter, stir frequently over low - med heat
