Smoothies and smoothie bowls

Click for all pdfs except last one: Blueberry chia bowl: Blend 2 cups wild frozen blueberries + 2 bananas + spirulina powder + orange juice + water (just a little so it’s thick for a smoothie bowl) top with bananas!

Salads and salad bowls

 

Click for pdfs for all images except the third from last! Saute curly kale in water or veggie broth, season with salt, dried garlic powder, steam or bake rainbow cauliflower (I got this frozen at Trader Joe’s), add chopped scallions, top with coconut aminos (OMIT vegan cheese for this reset!)

  1. Spiral noodles from zucchini, saute in water or veggies broth, add spinach, tomatoes, peas, parsley and season with salt and herbs of your liking.

 Potatoes & potato salads!

 

Recipes:

  2. Chop spinach, saute red onions in water or veggie broth, season with salt, any herbs, top with air fryer sliced potatoes and coconut aminos

  3. Water saute or steam brussel sprouts and grape tomatoes, toss with air fryer (or baked) yellow potato wedges, add chopped avocado, salt, any herbs you like

  4. Simple roasted veggies alone or mixed with other recipes! Click the image for a roasting video on You Tube I made

  6. Sauteed green beans in water or veggie broth with red onions, thinly slice yellow potatoes almost all the way through but not quite and air fry or bake until fork tender! (OMIT the vegan cheese for your reset!) Add salt, or herbs to your liking.

  7. Air-fried butternut squash: slice off ends, then sides, cut into slices and cook in air-fryer at 400 F for about 10 minutes, season with salt!
