The ‘Pilates Body’ aesthetic isn’t built on pilates alone.

I know. I taught and lived Pilates for over 11 years day in and day out. And while many of my clients I”m sure looked at me and assumed I looked the way I did from doing pilates, it wasn’t the entire picture.

You aren’t going to see the long, lean muscle lines and toned look without proper nutrition that eliminates weight from your body. What they didn’t see was how I ate, how I supported my digestion and how I built my strength with a high plant focused diet so that my body was naturally thin (because I was healthy).

I’m SO excited to run this session with you and show you everything I do (and don’t do) to create long, lean muscles, feel toned and love the way I eat and take care of my body so you can feel amazing in your body and be strong, confident and healthier than ever.

This is the session for you if you want me to tell you exactly what to do to get long, lean and toned.

When it comes to getting into really good shape, it’s not just exercise or food, it’s both and it’s everything you do on repeat.

Your body thrives when you give it foods and movement in integrity with the way it’s wired and built. It’s about giving your body what it wants and creating definition in line with how your body naturally moves.

If you want a flat, toned stomach: you need a healthy gut inside too.

If you want long, lean legs and to get rid of cellulite: you need to tone them with specific exercises that lengthen, stretch and tone your muscles and to clean out your cells inside with your food.

If you want long, toned arms: you need the right diet to support a healthy weight in order to see the rewards of all the tiny pulses I will make you do :)

The set up: reshape and sculpt your body.

  • 4-5 pilates sessions per week. You choose from the library of videos or join me live weekly and follow the workout schedule I give you each week.

  • the most gorgeous healthy, light, colorful food plan, and recipes that support amazing digestion and help extra weight fall away (vegan or non-vegan options)

  • You will have weekly cardio homework to complete

  • I will be live with you every Friday during bootcamp for After Class, where you can ask questions, connect, have accountability, support and to just hang out and have fun!

  • We have a private Facebook group for support and check-ins and for you to meet your pilates buddies.

  • This is a LIVE session starting Monday, September 9th. (You get access to the membership on Saturday, September 7th)
