These are daily recordings I did for the live version of Purification when I initially created it! There are a few new ones as well. When it comes to your health, it’s always going to be a reflection of how you see yourself, your body and since food is a key player to health (and we all eat everyday), it’s also going to be influenced by your perception of food itself. Listen to these as you go through your program and question any old, limiting ways you saw yourself, your body or food and question whether they are beliefs you want to hold onto, or even can hold onto if you choose to elevate your health.
