Vegan Apple Cinnamon French Toast Bake

RECIPE: Vegan Apple Cinnamon Bake

This is so easy you guys! And so customizable to any flavors or preferences you may have or need: This is a great make ahead dish for breakfasts, brunches or even dinners. I'm making this for Christmas brunch!

INGREDIENTS:
* 5 Slices of gluten free bread (4 whole, 1 cut in half or use as many needed to cover the pan)
* 1 large organic apple
* Organic cinnamon
* 6 tsp Bob's Red Mill egg replacer powder
The ratio is 1 tsp powder: 2 tsp water and 3 tsp powder = 1 egg so essentially it's 2 eggs
* Drizzle of raw honey
* A few drops of organic liquid stevia
* Madagascar vanilla
* Pink himalayan salt

DIRECTIONS:
PRE-HEAT oven to 350 F on bake setting

1. Mix the egg replacer powder with water and stir to combine so it's smooth
2. Add a tsp of vanilla to the egg liquid, a pinch of salt, drops of stevia
3. Lay the bread on the bottom of your pan, and sprinkle with cinnamon
4. Slice and layer apples on top of bread slices
5. Sprinkle more cinnamon on top 
6. Pour egg mixture over bread, drizzle with raw honey and pop into the oven when ready

Let cool once done, mine baked about 25 minutes. You can freeze this, or keep in the fridge, slice and serve as is, or in a bowl with your almond milk, or make it more desserty and top with dairy-free cool whip. I will be taking a photo with cool whip when the sun comes back out 🍌☀️☀️☀️
