This unexpected green is the MOST powerful for your health (and helps get rid of food sensitivities)
I was shopping the produce aisle last week and I stumbled upon these BLACK vegetables. Usually I tell you to eat as much color as possible, but these black veggies are a nutrition powerhouse and trump the original version x 10.
Any guesses?
It's the BLACK RADISH. If you haven't tried these you are missing out on health benefits like:

Black Radish & Papaya Salad
Ingredients:
- Organic spinach
- Organic papaya, cubed
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Black radish slices
- Avocado, cubed
- Himalayan sea salt
- Fresh lime juice
Directions:
Toss together and enjoy!
