Sunday Juicing - How to prep for the week!
Yesterday I did the grocery store run to get everything I needed for the week. And this week that meant a bunch of produce because I wanted to make some of my juices at home. I go back and forth between buying certain juices and making them. The batch I made this time was a blend of apple, celery, greens, parsley, cucumber, ginger, carrots and beets!
I love fresh, raw juices, and they are loaded with nutrition, in this one batch I had 5 stalks of celery, 2 apples, 1/2 beet, a huge handful of parsley, 1-2 inch piece of ginger, 2 large carrots, 1 big english cucumber and 3-4 cups of mixed organic baby kale, chard and spinach.
