My top 3 plant based substitutes INCLUDING how to make Vegan Eggs....that scramble!

Let’s talk about healthy substitutions for your plant based recipes! Most of the time, it’s really easy to find fruits/veggies to use in the place of less processed or lacking value foods, but sometimes, there are ones that are a little trickier!

Here are a few of my favorite go-tos AND what I’m using now to replace EGGS!

Rice/Buddha Bowls: If you want to lighten up on grains or if you have inflammation in the body or just want more veggies, this is the most common one out there right now:

Cauliflower Rice

Broccoli Rice

Combos of broccoli and cauliflower rice

I usually always buy the frozen 10 oz bags of these, and then IF Costco has it, I’ll buy their bigger packages. These work so nicely for stir-frys and you don’t even have to thaw them out if you forget.

I don’t use a microwave, we didn’t even put one in our kitchen. Microwaves are just one more way that you change or alter the natural vibration of foods not for the best!

Pizza Crusts: eggplant! Cut the ends off, then slice from the top down thick enough so it will hold up as a crust. Roast in the oven at 375 F, spray with olive or avocado oil, sprinkle with sea salt, dried oregano and garlic powder

OR

Season the same, and cook on your stovetop using a grill pan to get the nice marks.

Once cooked either way, top with your favorite pizza toppings!

And the eggs!

So I don’t use eggs in my recipes anymore because I don’t want to give you guys any ingredients that could be the slightest inflammatory or slow down your health or healing.
