Black Grapes are the high vibration food of the week! They are the MOST powerful of all the grapes, although all of them are wonderful.

πŸ‡ ENERGY: if you are athletic, workout a lot, and use your brain a lot, hello all of us

INGREDIENTS:

  • Lump crab meat (NOT IMITATION)
  • Cashew yogurt (Forager brand) plain
  • Black grapes, halved
  • Butter lettuce leaves
  • Chopped celery
  • Fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 thinly sliced scallion
  • salt

Β 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put crab in a glass dish and fork apart
  2. Add cashew yogurt, celery, scallions, parsley and grapes, season to taste with salt
  3. Place 2 butter lettuce leaves sort of opposite one another to make a bigger wrap, scoop the crab mixture into the lettuce leaves and serve

OPTIONS:

Top with raw sesame seeds or chopped cashews!
