7 Day Detox Time!

Happy New Year's Eve! We made it to the end of the year and now it's time for a fresh start - or a Pure Detox! I just finished recording a webinar all about detoxing and how our bodies sometimes need a little help in doing so. It's a perfect time to jump start your health and nutrition with a qualified nutritionist to help you along the way! 

 

Here's what the detox entails:

  • 7 Days 
  • 4 Cleansing days; 3 days with a little more food :)
  • Ease In and Ease Out instructions
  • Daily Emails and Tips from me to get you through it!
  • Access to our Private Facebook group for any comments or questions that arise and support
  • Instructions on how to ease in and out
  • My favorite juices to make/use during this process

 

Details:

You will have until Monday night at midnight to sign up and order your products. The Ease in will begin next Friday January 9th. If you have some HUGE deal that you cannot be on a detox through during this time period, just order your products and start when you can. But if you want to participate with the group then get started now and take this time to clear your schedule and do this for yourself!

Once you sign up, you will start to get a series of emails from me including instructions on what groceries you need, what the three day Ease In looks like and a link to the Facebook Group.

Once you are logged in with your membership:

  • Check out the "Health Trim Line" category and scroll down until you see the 7 day detox package in the flavor of Health Trim Shake you want (vanilla, cacao, or berry)
